Welfare of Street ChildrenStreet Children* To provide integrated community-based non-institutional basic services for the care, protection and development of street children facing destitution, neglect, abuse and exploitation. Programme, interventions will be focused on reduction of exploitation, abuse, and withdrawal of children engaged in hazardous work. 90 percent grant will be given to the voluntary organizations, and each organisation will implement one project for 100 children.
Sampooran Gramin Rozgar Yojna (SGRY)Gramin Unemployed * The main objectives of this programme are to provide wage employment in the rural areas, and also food security, alongside the creations of durable community, social and Economic assets, and infrastructure development in these areas. Deen Dayal Hathkargha Protsahan YojnaPersons involved in weaving activities are eligible* This is a Central/State plan scheme implemented in a fifty fifty ratio, with an aim to provide support in product development infrastructure support, institutional support, training to weavers, supply of equipments, and marketing support, etc., and integrated and coordinated for an overall development of the sector and benefit to handloom weavers, both within cooperative fold, as well as those outside to produce quality fabric, which is acceptable in the market.
Swaranjyanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY)Rural people living below poverty line* There will be no income from this scheme, but the programme is likely to prove an effective instrument in raising the standard of living of the rural people living below the poverty line, and also to provide them with additional job opportunities.
National food securityFarmers* Demostration Plants 328 and 4000 mini kit of weat distributed to farmers in the year 2007-2008. 15 farmer's field school are started by UPL. Zero til cum fertilizer drill and 300 rotavator are distrubuted to farmers.

Promotion and Strengthening of Mahila MandalsRegistered Mahila Mandals* The Mahila Mandals do work for the promotion of Nutrition education, family welfare, food storage, immunization of children, small saving accounts of women, provision of bathrooms, smokeless chulhas, women crafts centre, and balwadis etc. The registered Mahila Mandals have representative of all classes of society, and have their own executive committee. The women and Child Development Department provide grants for the training of upto 5 members of each Mahila Mandals. For basic equipments and Stationery etc., cash grant of Rs. 1500 is paid to newly registered Mahila Mandals. After two years of getting the first grant, the Mahila Mandal can be given a second matching grant of Rs. 750 for starting some income generating activities. The schemes, namely Mahila Mandal Sammelan, Inter State Study Tour of Mahila Mandals, Incentive Awards to Mahila Mandal have been clubbed under the scheme promotion and strengthening of Mahila Mandal.
Kishori Shakti Yojna (Adolescent Girls Scheme)Adolescent girls between 11-18 years of age* Improving the nutritional and health status of adolescent girls between 11-18 years of age, to train and equip them to improve home-based and vocational skills, to promote awareness of health hygiene, nutrition, home management, child care, and take all measures as to facilitate their marriage after attaining the age of 18 years and even later. This scheme is being implemented through Anganwadi Centres. The girls are also provided supplementary nutrition at Rs. 2.50 per girl, per day. The expenditure on supplementary nutrition is being borne by the State Government.

3 SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT TO EDUCATED/SEMI– EDUCATED YOUNG MEN/WOMEN OF RURAL AREAS THROUGH WOMEN OF RURAL AREAS THROUGH DAIRY DEVELOPMENT BY ESTABLISHMENT OF MINI DAIRY UNITS. Unemployed educated / semi – educated young men / women,He / she should have sufficient arrangement for growing green fodder for the milch animals,* To provide self-employment to the educated / uneducated unemployed men / women, widows of the all categories, ex-servicemen,To raise socio-economic standard of weaker sections of the society, To increase the production of milk at lower cost fulfilling the requirements of consumers in general and milk plants of the State in particular, To gradually replace the poor quality animals with good quality animals.

LIVESTOCK INSURANCE SCHEMEThe scheme will be implemented through unemployed educated youth from rural area employed as Insurance Agents to be paid 15% premium from the Insurance Companies. The rate of insurance premium will be 2.65% + service tax for 1 year and 6.76& + service tax for 3 years policy which probably is also the lowest for our State.* The HLDB will be the state implementing agency of the scheme. The scheme is to be implemented with immediate effect and will continue during 2006-07. The 50% premium will be borne by GOI whereas remaining 50% will be shared 50:50 by the State Government and the beneficiaries. The other incidental charges like Tagging, Health Certificate, Post Mortem Certificate etc. will also be borne by Govt. of India. The Govt. of India will also provide Rs. 50/- per animals as incentive for Health Certificate and Rs.100/- per animal for Post Mortem Certificate to Vety. Surgeons.
GAUSHALA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMEGaushalas* Quality Breeding bulls have been given to various Gaushalas other than providing artificial insemination facilities at their doorsteps. 22 Gaushalas have also been provided with infrastructure like Liquid Nitrogen jars and an amount of Rs. 51000/- each has been given to 96 registered Gaushalas in the year 2001-02 for strengthening their infrastructure. Gaushalas have been encouraged to enhance their economic returns by not only producing quality germplasm but also other eco-friendly activities like installation of Gobar Gas Plants. 
Award of Stipend, Reimbursement of Tuition and Examination FeeIndividuals* Under the scheme, children belonging to Scheduled Castes studying in 9th to 12th classes are given monthly stipend of Rs.40 per student, provided their parents or guardians are not income tax payers. No tuition fee is charged from them in Govt. institutions. The privately recognized institutions/schools are reimbursed in this behalf by the Government. Examination fee, charged from the students by the University/Board is also refunded for those between 9th to 12th classes
Financial Assistance to Panchayats and Panchayat SamitisCommunities,Village Panchayats* This is a continuing State Plan Scheme. Under this scheme, interest free loan is given to Panchayats and Panchayat Samitis, with a view to augment their financial position and to enable them to take up developmental works in their areas. The loan is advanced to Panchayats and Panchayat Samitis for installation of wells, tube-wells, pumping sets on Shamlat lands, construction of shopping centers, bank buildings, shops, residential quarters and godowns for agriculture produce, and establishment of rural industries, viz. stone Crusher, threshers, chakkis, oil mills, etc. The loan is recoverable in 30 years
Establishment of new GardensTo all for the Plantation of Mango, Spota, Guava* The total tentative cost for Mangos,Spota and Guava Rs.30000/- and amount of assistance is Rs.11000/-, assistance for seed/plantation work 675/- and assistance(other inputs) Rs. 2475/-. Maximum Limit Four Hectare Per Beneficiary.In Second year of maintainance the amount of assistance is Rs.4500/- and In third year of maintainance the amount of assistance is Rs.7000/-

Water Pump Establishment SchemeFarmers* Under this scheme farmers are provided water pumps at very reasonable price. Rs. 4750 are drilling charges for 100 mtr. and Rs. 600 are extra chargable for every 10 mtr. 30 water pumps were established in year 2007-2008.
